We are looking for a Refrigeration Supervisor to manage chillers, compressors, cold rooms, and fully automated refrigeration systems in our ice cream plant.

Key Requirements

Industrial refrigeration experience (ice cream/FMCG/dairy)

Experience with automated systems & PLC-controlled refrigeration

Troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and energy conservation

Team supervision & adherence to safety/compliance standards

Implement energy-saving practices and monitor efficiency

Adherence to safety, food, and statutory regulations

Essential Requirements

Experience in industrial refrigeration in Ice cream Or Frozen industry

Ability to troubleshoot & repair refrigeration equipment independently
