Refractory Application PB &I(Petrolium ,Boiler &Incinerator))

The Application Specialist PB & I will be responsible for technical support, application development, and product performance optimization across industries such as Refineries, Fertilizers, Power Plants, and Cement WHRS/CPP. The role covers the entire project lifecyclefrom enquiry to commissioningby defining scope of work, preparing execution schedules, and coordinating with customers, contractors, vendors, and internal teams. The specialist will ensure safe, timely execution with proper QAP and resource planning, while also engaging with consultants, licensors, and OEMs to promote Calderys solutions, address customer needs, and drive growth in PB & I application jobs. Responsibilities: Provide technical expertise and support for growth of application jobs in Refinery, Fertilizer, Power Plants, and Cement WHRS/CPP equipment. Participate in technical discussions with customers for refractory installation Enquiries /Postorder Execution of projects and repair jobs, including: Scope of work Application Procedure and Dry out procedure Execution schedule Supply of materials Manpower mobilization Safety compliance Quality Assurance Plan (QAP) of installations Resolutions of Technical Queries Liaise with plant technical teams to resolve application issues and recommend performance improvements. Monitor product performance post-project/repair and prepare detailed internal and external reports, covering aspects like shell temperature, productivity, and reliability. Support sales and business development by conducting techno-commercial discussions, product presentations, and site visits. Identify customer needs and application gaps; propose tailored solutions or product customizations. Assist in new product introductions, trials, and performance validation in coordination with R&D, QC, and manufacturing teams. Collaborate with commercial teams to support tenders, proposals, and cost-performance evaluations. Deliver internal and customer training sessions on product applications, installation methods, and best practices.
