About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Doctor Referral Marketing Executive to strengthen our hospital's referral network and drive patient inflow through effective relationship management with doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with consultants, general physicians, and specialty doctors to generate patient referrals.
- Identify and visit clinics, diagnostic centers, and medical practitioners to promote hospital services.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly referral and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with hospital departments to ensure smooth referral and patient experience.
- Conduct marketing activities, such as CME programs, camps, and doctor engagement events.
- Track and analyze referral data to evaluate performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor visits, feedback, and lead conversions.
- Collaborate with the corporate and digital marketing teams for local brand awareness.
Qualifications & Skills:- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Science, Pharmacy, or any related field.
- 05 years of experience in hospital or healthcare marketing, preferably in doctor referral / B2B healthcare sales.
- Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel locally for doctor visits and field activities.
- Goal-oriented, confident, and customer-focused approach.
