Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Referral Marketing Salesperson to drive business growth through strategic partnerships and customer referrals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in referral sales, strong GP networks, and a deep understanding of patient needs.
Responsibilities:
- Leverage existing GP networks to drive referrals and business growth
- Understand patient needs and provide tailored solutions
- Develop and execute referral marketing strategies to meet targets
- Track and analyze referral data to optimize performance
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
- Proven experience in referral sales and business development
- Strong GP networks and relationships
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to understand patient needs and provide solutions
- Experience working with targets and achieving sales goals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant experience
- Healthcare industry experience a plus
