Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers .
- Encourage and generate referrals for new interior design projects .
- Conduct customer engagement activities, meetings, and community interactions .
- Travel across Mumbai to connect with customers and promote referral programs.
- Support referral and loyalty initiatives to drive repeat and referral business.
- Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams .
- Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and engagement activities .
- Track referral performance and contribute to achieving program targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in Sales, Relationship Management, Customer Engagement, or similar roles.
- Experience in industries like Interiors, Real Estate, Hospitality, BFSI, or Lifestyle will be preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills .
- Comfortable interacting with premium customers and families .
- Willing to travel across Mumbai for meetings and engagement activities .
- Target-driven with strong relationship-building skills.
- Ed-tech sales background candidates are also welcomed.
