Reference Data Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Process static data maintenances and respond to queries for customer accounts on-boarded.
• Meet day-to-day deliverables with a high level of timeliness and accuracy.
• Ensure all deliverables are met within the given timelines.
• Review processes constantly and regularly, providing ideas to improve the process.
• Achieve the goals and objectives set by the reporting Manager.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

• You must have 2+ years of experience in Banking Operations, Static Data function, or Payment processing.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate clearly during conversations with stakeholders.
• Possess knowledge and experience of working on MS-Office.
• You must hold a Bachelors degree or above
• Understand international payments systems like SWIFT, CHIPS, and FED
• Be willing to work in any shifts, including night shifts.
• Work effectively in teams and share workload with the team.
• Solve problems efficiently and possess good analytical skills.
• Handle tasks efficiently.
