Job Summary

As a Change & Process Governance Senior Team Member within the PRD-Ops team, you support operational excellence by preparing key metrics, developing automation solutions, and executing change initiatives. You will leverage your analytical skills and technological curiosity to drive process improvements and deliver value across the organization. This role offers mentorship from senior leaders and the opportunity to build foundational skills in operational efficiency and governance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain operational and governance metrics dashboards to track performance and efficiency.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and improvement opportunities, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Contribute to identifying manual processes suitable for automation and support solution development.
  • Test and maintain automation workflows using tools such as Alteryx and Tableau.
  • Participate actively in Citizen Developers forum initiatives and troubleshoot automation issues.
  • Support and run change projects from initiation through delivery, applying project management methodologies.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, present solutions, and prepare executive summaries for senior management.

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, process governance, or automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Alteryx, Tableau, and UI Path for building and maintaining automation solutions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.
  • Effective communication skills, able to simplify complex concepts and prepare executive-level summaries.

Preferred Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities

  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and relevant automation tools.
  • Exposure to project management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Technological curiosity and willingness to explore new low/no-code automation tools.
  • Collaborative team player, able to work effectively in a matrix environment and with cross-functional teams.
