Job Summary
As a Reference Data Specialist within the Documentation Management team, you will review Markets legal agreements and extract key legal and financial parameters to index accurately in JPMorganChase systems. You will support regulatory projects such as Pushout and coordinate issue resolution with internal stakeholders (e.g., Credit and Legal) within defined timeframes. You will contribute to an efficient operating framework while maintaining high productivity and quality standards in a deadline-driven environment with shift flexibility.
Job Responsibilities
- Review legal agreements (ISDA, CSA, Financing, F&O, Prime Brokerage, OTC) and extract key legal and financial parameters.
- Accurately index and input extracted terms into JPMorganChase systems in line with quality standards.
- Support Markets regulatory initiatives, including Pushout client transfers between legal entities.
- Identify documentation issues and coordinate with Credit, Legal, and other functions to resolve disputed points within set timelines.
- Collaborate with Legal, Business, Operations, and Technology to strengthen the operating framework and process efficiency.
- Work closely with regional Legal Operations on ISDA master agreement negotiation support and transaction-related documentation alignment.
- Deliver consistently high productivity and quality outcomes while working to deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Minimum 3 years experience with Derivatives Master Agreements and trade-related documentation in an Investment Banking or law firm environment.
- Strong understanding of derivative legal documents including ISDA and CSA ability to extract and interpret legal and financial terms accurately.
- Proficiency in MS Office with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, execution mindset, ability to multitask and prioritize, teamwork and independent delivery, flexibility to work shifts.
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities
- Graduation in Law.
- Graduation in Commerce.
- Postgraduate education such as MBA.
- Experience supporting documentation-related regulatory programs and complex stakeholder-driven remediation.
