Job Description

Join a global, clientaligned CAS team delivering a cohesive Client Account Services model across Custody and Fund Accounting through transformational change and technology innovation.

As Reference Data Specialist within the Client Account Services team, you will support operational activities across Custody and Fund Accounting, including remediation projects tied to regulatory and control requirements, while keeping the client at the center. You will manage reference data setups, review agreements and documentation to meet specified requirements prior to account opening, and apply policies and procedures consistently. You will collaborate across teams, communicate clearly, and operate in a fastpaced environment with multiple deliverables.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support CAS operational activities across multiple Investor Services products and remediation projects.
  • Review client agreements and documentation, ensuring they meet outlined requirements before account opening.
  • Maintain and update reference data setups across Custody and Fund Accounting products.
  • Apply policies and procedures consistently escalate risks and control issues promptly.
  • Collaborate with global partners to deliver a cohesive, clientcentric service model.
  • Contribute to technologyenabled transformation by identifying process improvements and standardization opportunities.
  • Produce accurate, timely deliverables while managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Required qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Understanding of Custody and Fund Accounting products, client documentation, accounts, and entitlements within Investor Services.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail ability to interpret and validate documentation against defined requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication effective teamwork and selfmotivation in a global setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and adhere to policies and procedures.

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

  • Experience supporting regulatory remediation or control/riskrelated projects in client account services.
  • Exposure to reference data management and onboarding workflows for custody and fund accounting.
  • Familiarity with technologydriven transformation and standardization initiatives.
  • Capability to operate within a riskaware, accountabilitydriven culture focused on bestinclass service.
