As a Reference Data Analyst within the Static Data Utility function, you support the day-to-day operations of reference data set-ups. You ensure deliverables are completed accurately and issued to clients on schedule, while maintaining a robust control environment in line with JPMorgan Chase & Co. policies and local regulations. You collaborate with stakeholders and team members to resolve queries and implement process improvements.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support daily operations of reference data set-ups for the Static Data Utility function
  • Strengthen and monitor the control environment to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Complete deliverables accurately and issue them to clients as per the agreed timetable
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders and clients on pending requests and potential impacts
  • Respond promptly to client services and internal queries, ensuring timely resolution
  • Identify and escalate issues that may impact service in a prompt manner
  • Implement cost-saving measures and adopt best practices by partnering with other transaction processing teams

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Hold a bachelor's degree
  • Demonstrate strong written and oral communication skills
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Utilize experience in international payment processing operations and back-office banking

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities

  • Apply advanced knowledge of macros, Visual Basics, QTP, and other coding languages
  • Leverage technology through system enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Actively participate in new projects and initiatives
  • Maintain control of the environment in line with JPMorgan Chase & Co. policies and local regulatory rules
