Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Reels Editor based in Indore. The Reels Editor will take responsibility for creating and editing engaging video content tailored for social media platforms, particularly Instagram Reels and other short-form video formats. Day-to-day tasks include video editing, applying transitions, sound design, adding text overlays, and ensuring optimized content delivery. The editor will collaborate with the creative team and clients to meet content requirements and deadlines, ensuring high-quality results targeting modern audiences.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Video Editing tools, including Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software
- Skills in Motion Graphics, Visual Effects (VFX), and Color Grading
- Experience with Sound Editing, Mixing, and familiarity with royalty-free sound or music libraries
- Understanding of Social Media platforms, especially trends and algorithm strategies for Instagram and TikTok
- Strong Storyboarding skills and creativity in developing engaging narratives
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work
- A portfolio of relevant short-form video projects is highly desirable
- Knowledge of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies is a plus
- Experience in photography or videography is an added benefit
