Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for a Reels Creator. The individual in this role will be responsible for ideating, creating, editing, and publishing engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, with a focus on Reels. Tasks include staying updated on trends, storyboarding ideas, managing video content workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with brand goals. The role also involves optimizing content for performance metrics and ensuring consistency with the firm's tone and messaging.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in video editing, filming, and production techniques
• Have Alteast 10K followers in instagram
• Familiarity with creating engaging content catered to platforms like Instagram Reels and TikTok
• Understanding of social media trends, algorithm changes, and audience engagement strategies
• Strong storytelling and creative skills to produce compelling short-form content
• Excellent attention to detail, time-management, and multitasking abilities
• Capability to collaborate across teams and adapt to feedback
• Basic graphic design skills are a plus
• An awareness of legal and professional topics is preferred but not mandatory
