We're building 3 eCommerce brands and 2 influencer-led pages from scratch. Right now it's just two of us grinding daily. We're looking for a third core team member, someone hungry, deeply plugged into internet culture, and ready to execute end-to-end. Idea to posting. No handholding.
What you'll be doing
- Research, ideate, script, execute Instagram Reels, all of it, yourself.
- Translate trends, audios, memes, and formats into content that fits each brand's vibe.
- Build eCommerce-focused content strategies for influencer-led pages, product storytelling, hooks, CTAs, conversions.
- Work with our in-house editor when needed, but independently execute when it's on you.
- Edit Shorts and Reels in Canva, cuts, text, transitions, hooks. No excuses.
- Generate visuals, concepts, scripts and creatives using ChatGPT, Gemini and Midjourney.
- Write sharp captions, hooks, hashtags and CTAs that actually convert.
- Own the content calendar across 5 pages. Consistent posting is non-negotiable.
- Plan and execute UGC and influencer ideas to grow reach and drive sales.
- Own it end-to-end: idea creation posting analyse do it better next time.
You're the right fit if
- You live on Instagram and know what's trending before it trends.
- You think in hooks, memes, audios, and short-form formats, it's just how your brain works.
- You have strong taste in visuals, eCommerce aesthetics, youth culture, and internet humour.
- You've made content, for yourself, a brand, or an influencer page. Show us.
- You're genuinely good with ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney, Claude, not I've used it once good.
- You can edit Reels and Shorts in Canva without needing someone to walk you through it.
- Bonus: you've worked with D2C, eCommerce, or startup brands before.

This is not a slow 9-to-5. We're a young startup. Things move fast, experiments fail, timelines shift. We need someone with a get-it-done mindset, who can think, execute, and adapt fast. Who takes ownership instead of waiting for instructions. Who's okay with testing ideas, failing fast, and improving faster.
