This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune District for a Reel Creator/Video Editor. The individual will produce high-quality reels and videos, including shooting, editing, and optimizing visual content. Day-to-day responsibilities include video editing, color grading, motion graphic integration, and contributing to the development of engaging and visually appealing content. Collaboration with creative teams to ensure the delivery of content that aligns with brand guidelines and storytelling goals is a key component of this role.

• Proficiency in Video Production, Video Editing, and Video Color Grading
• Expertise in creating Motion Graphics and dynamic animations
• Knowledge of Graphics and visual design principles
• Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to storytelling
• Experience working with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar software
• Ability to meet deadlines, collaborate effectively, and adapt to feedback
• Familiarity with social media trends and content optimization techniques
• Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
