You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, leading a team of recruiters, and ensuring that we attract the best talent to our organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment for various positions within the company.
- Lead and mentor a team of junior recruiters to meet hiring goals.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Analyze recruitment metrics to improve efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes.
