Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Recruiter & Team Leader to join our team in India. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to kickstart their career in recruitment. The selected candidate will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and managing the recruitment process while leading a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, job boards, and employee referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
• Lead a team of recruiters to ensure efficient recruitment processes and achieve hiring targets.
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to improve talent acquisition processes.
• Maintain relationships with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on talent sourcing.
• Prepare and present recruitment metrics and reports to senior management.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
• Proficient in using recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and regulations in India.
• Familiarity with social media recruiting strategies and tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
