About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Recruiter to independently manage end-to-end hiring for both technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, experience hiring across junior to leadership-level positions, and excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle independently
  • Manage hiring for both tech and non-tech roles
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other hiring channels
  • Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Hire for junior, mid-level, and leadership positions
  • Conduct offer negotiations, salary discussions, and candidate follow-ups
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and timelines
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, pipelines, and hiring reports
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs
  • Has good linkedin connections

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong expertise in LinkedIn sourcing and talent mapping
  • Experience hiring for junior as well as leadership-level positions
  • Hands-on experience in offer negotiations and compensation discussions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple positions simultaneously
  • Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
