Role Overview

We're hiring a Recruitment Specialist (Contract) to own high-volume student and creator recruitment across multiple live campaigns. This role is one of the most critical operational functions during campaign ramp-up periods.

You will be responsible for moving candidates end-to-end through the recruitment funnel: from first contact to call conversion to next-step completion. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role that requires excellent communication, speed, and extreme attention to detail.

If you enjoy speaking to people, pitching opportunities, managing multiple pipelines at once, and hitting daily targets, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Handling & Initial Screening

  • Handle inbound student/creator leads generated via Instagram ads and other sources.
  • Review profiles for eligibility based on campaign-specific criteria.
  • Qualify, disqualify, or route leads quickly and accurately.
  • Manage high volumes of written communication with clarity and professionalism.

Outreach, Scheduling & Calls

  • Proactively reach out to qualified leads to schedule screening calls.
  • Book, manage, and conduct 25-30+ calls per day (15-minute calls).
  • Structure your day efficiently: outreach & scheduling in the first half, calls in the second half.
  • Confidently pitch campaign opportunities and clearly explain expectations, timelines, and benefits.
  • Answer applicant questions and address objections in real time.

Funnel Conversion & Follow-Ups

  • Ensure candidates complete all required next steps (application forms, confirmations, documentation).
  • Follow up persistently with candidates to move them through the funnel.
  • Reduce drop-offs and ensure strong conversion from call → application → onboarding.
  • Coordinate with internal campaign teams for final selections.

Tracking, Reporting & Operations

  • Maintain clean, up-to-date trackers/CRMs across multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Update applicant statuses daily with zero gaps.
  • Track funnel health, call volume, conversion rates, and weekly progress.
  • Close each workday with complete documentation and reporting.

What You Should Have to Succeed:

  • Flawless English speaking and writing skills (non-negotiable).
  • Comfortable taking 15+ calls per day and pitching opportunities repeatedly.
  • Strong organization and documentation discipline.
  • Ability to manage large lead volumes across multiple campaigns at once.
  • Target-driven mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Comfortable working U.S. hours and communicating across time zones.
  • Background in HR, recruitment, admissions, talent sourcing, or high-volume sales.
  • Experience recruiting students, interns, ambassadors, or creators.
  • Familiarity with campus culture or student communities.
