Hiring: HR Recrutier for US Client (General Recruitments)
Location: Gandhinagar, Gujarat
Timing: US Shift (5 Days)
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 Years In United States recruitment only.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience conducting live screening and interview calls in US time zones, with consistent availability aligned to US business hours.
- Deep understanding of the US hiring process, including compliance requirements, candidate expectations, and common hiring risks, with a demonstrated ability to prevent costly mis-hires.
- Actively manages candidate relationships end-to-end, maintaining regular, purposeful touchpoints to prevent drop-off and loss of high-quality candidates during long or competitive hiring cycles.
- Demonstrates strong analytical and resume-screening judgment, quickly identifying real capability, execution signals, and clear green or red flags beyond resume polish.
- Exercises sound judgment in filtering candidates for ownership mindset, execution bias, and real-world accountability, not just technical skill or interview performance.
- Independently selects and tests sourcing channels, evaluates candidate response quality early in the hiring cycle, and decisively pivots strategy when signal quality is low.
- Actively sources beyond job portals, including colleges, targeted communities, meetups, and on-ground outreach, especially for roles where strong operators are unlikely to apply inbound.
- Effectively leverages recruiting technology and AI tools to improve sourcing precision, screening speed, and signal quality in hiring decisions.
- Operates as a fast-paced executor with a bias for action, moving roles forward without waiting for direction at every step.
Provides clear, structured weekly reporting on pipeline health, candidate quality trends, key risks, and hiring progress, enabling informed and timely leadership decisions.
