Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Specialist with strong sourcing skills and international recruitment experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying top talent, building talent pipelines, and managing multiple recruitment requirements efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, resume databases, and professional networks.
• Screen resumes and online profiles to identify suitable candidates.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
• Engage candidates through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Build talent pipelines through referrals, networking, and database management.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and track recruitment metrics.

Requirements

• Minimum 4+ years of NON IT Recruitment/sourcing experience is mandatory.
• At least 1+ year of international recruitment experience in the US, UK, Australian or other International markets.
• Strong sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially business email writing.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and meet hiring deadlines.
• Graduation is mandatory.
