We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in recruiting top talent across various industries. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using various methods such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on qualifications and experience.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process.

Skills and Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
• Strong knowledge of various sourcing techniques and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of employment laws and regulations in India.
