Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Expert located in Ahmedabad. The Talent Acquisition Expert will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process. This role will also involve collaborating with management to understand staffing needs, developing job descriptions, and employing various recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Strong networking abilities and familiarity with various recruitment methodologies
• Ability to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and HR teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software
• Experience in the IT industry is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
