Role - Recruitment Specialist (Immediate joiner required)

Role Summary:
We are looking for a driven Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end bulk hiring for assigned projects. The ideal candidate will actively source talent through multiple channels, screen candidates efficiently, and partner closely with hiring teams to deliver rapid, high-quality hires within agreed timelines.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Execute high-volume sourcing through multiple channels: job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), internal database, social media, referral drives, campus/placement cells, walk-ins, and WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring roles; proactively map market talent for upcoming demand.
- Craft compelling job descriptions and postings to maximize applications and relevant reach.
2) Screening & Shortlisting
- Conduct telephonic and video screening to evaluate fit (skills, communication, experience, notice period, compensation).
- Manage candidate SLAsturnaround time (TAT) for screening and shortlist submissions.
- Ensure data hygiene in ATS/trackers: status updates, feedback notes, source attribution.
3) Interview Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Schedule interviews (virtual/on-site), send invites, manage no-shows/reschedules.
- Coordinate with Hiring Managers to align on role expectations, feedback loops, and next steps.
- Run hiring drives/walk-ins, ensuring candidate experience and throughput targets.
4) Offer & Onboarding Support
- Support salary discussion, offer roll-out, pre-joining engagement, and document collection.
- Reduce offer drop-offs via consistent candidate touchpoints and expectation management.
- Partner with HR Ops for smooth onboarding, Day-1 readiness, and post-offer conversions.
5) Compliance & Reporting
- Maintain accurate recruitment MIS/trackers (daily/weekly): sourced, screened, scheduled, selected, offered, joined.
- Adhere to process compliance background verification, data privacy, equal opportunity guidelines.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve funnel conversion and source effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ months of hands-on experience in bulk/volume hiring (BPO operations, or similar high-throughput roles preferred).
- Proficiency with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn), social sourcing, and referral programs.
- Strong communication skills (English/Hindi or local language as applicable); confident stakeholder handling.
- Data discipline in ATS/Excel; comfortable working with trackers and daily reporting.
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and daily/weekly targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Work From Office: comfortable with in-office collaboration and occasional hiring drives.
Preferred (Good to Have):
- Experience hiring candidates in bulk with minimum closure of 20 Joining in a month through Job portals.
- Excel-based pipeline management.
- Exposure to offer negotiation and pre-joining engagement strategies.

- Data Accuracy in ATS/trackers (update compliance)
