Recruitment Specialist / Account Manager | 2-5 years | Pune
We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist/ Account Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment delivery while handling client relationships. The role requires strong hiring expertise along with the ability to manage accounts, meet hiring timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accounts
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
- Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ATS updates
- Ensure quality closures within defined TAT
Account & Client Management
- Act as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts.
- Understand client requirements, hiring plans, and priorities.
- Share regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and market insights.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- 25 years of experience in recruitment with account/client management exposure
- Strong understanding of IT or Non-IT hiring (as per business requirement)
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
