Recruitment Specialist / Account Manager | 2-5 years | Pune

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Specialist/ Account Manager who can manage end-to-end recruitment delivery while handling client relationships. The role requires strong hiring expertise along with the ability to manage accounts, meet hiring timelines, and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned client accounts
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking
  • Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews
  • Coordinate interviews with clients and hiring managers
  • Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and ATS updates
  • Ensure quality closures within defined TAT

Account & Client Management

  • Act as the single point of contact for assigned client accounts.
  • Understand client requirements, hiring plans, and priorities.
  • Share regular hiring updates, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 25 years of experience in recruitment with account/client management exposure
  • Strong understanding of IT or Non-IT hiring (as per business requirement)
  • Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS tools
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
