Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring activities for our Varanasi location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring suitable talent while ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to onboarding

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements

Source candidates through organic job portals, local networks, referrals, and social media

Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or in-person interviews

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring teams

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and offers

Support onboarding and joining formalities

Ensure compliance with company hiring policies

Required Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR preferred)

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition

Strong communication skills in English and Hindi

Familiarity with job portals (Naukri, Indeed, etc.)

Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

IT / Non-IT recruitment experience

Immediate joiners preferred
