Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. Responsibilities also include collaborating with teams to identify hiring needs, managing candidate pipelines, and facilitating training for new hires to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing processes
• Strong Communication skills for facilitating outreach, candidate engagement, and team collaboration
• Experience in Training new hires and supporting onboarding initiatives
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems and recruitment best practices
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus
• Salary Range: 15k to 30k
