This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist based in Tamil Nadu, India. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with hiring managers, assessing candidate qualifications and fit, and facilitating training and onboarding processes. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.

• Proficiency in Hiring and Recruiting to effectively source and attract candidates.
• Strong Interviewing and Communication skills for evaluating candidates and collaborating with the team.
• Experience in Training to support onboarding and skill development processes.
• Knowledge of recruitment tools and platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
• A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
