About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, dynamic, and highly organised HR professional who knows how to find great talent, keep things running smoothly, and make HR smarter with technology.
You should be a recruitment enthusiast with a keen eye for detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities without losing track of the little things. You must be adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced work environment.
Most importantly, you must believe in working smarter, not harder. You will be actively exploring AI tools, automation, and technology to streamline HR processes, improve productivity, and deliver better results.
If you're someone who takes ownership, learns quickly, thinks on your feet, and turns challenges into opportunities, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Recruitment
- Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from understanding hiring requirements to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other relevant channels.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements, hiring priorities, and timelines.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates and hiring managers, delivering a smooth and professional candidate experience.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source effectiveness, and offer-to-joining ratios.
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage HR documentation, employee records, onboarding, induction, and exit formalities with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain organised employee databases, trackers, HR dashboards, and reports.
- Support attendance, leave management, employee queries, and other day-to-day HR operations.
- Ensure HR records and processes are maintained consistently and confidentially.
- Assist in developing and improving HR policies, processes, and standard operating procedures.
AI, Automation & Technology
- Make maximum practical use of AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and automate repetitive HR tasks.
- Leverage AI for job descriptions, candidate outreach, interview question development, resume analysis, HR communication, reporting, and process documentation.
- Explore new HR technologies, automation tools, and productivity platforms to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Use tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Workspace, spreadsheets, ATS platforms, and other relevant applications effectively.
- Validate AI-generated outputs for accuracy, fairness, confidentiality, and relevance before using them in HR decisions or communications.
- Develop smarter workflows that reduce manual effort, improve turnaround time, and enhance the employee experience.
Employee Engagement & People Support
- Support employee engagement initiatives, celebrations, recognition programmes, and internal communication.
- Assist in organising employee activities, onboarding experiences, and culture-building initiatives.
- Act as a responsive point of contact for employee queries and routine HR support.
- Contribute ideas that strengthen employee experience, collaboration, and workplace culture.
Organisation, Reporting & Process Improvement
- Maintain accurate trackers, recruitment pipelines, calendars, documentation, and task lists.
- Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while prioritising deadlines and business requirements.
- Prepare regular recruitment and HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Identify gaps in existing processes and proactively recommend practical solutions.
- Take complete ownership of assigned tasks and ensure timely closure without constant follow-ups.
What We're Looking For

- Practical experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini for professional tasks.
- Experience with ATS platforms, recruitment dashboards, and workflow automation is an advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
What Success Looks Like

The Ideal Candidate
We're not just looking for someone who completes HR tasks. We're looking for someone who owns the process, spots the details others miss, embraces technology, and constantly finds smarter ways to get things done.
You should be equally comfortable finding the right candidate, managing HR operations, building a tracker, experimenting with an AI tool, and handling an unexpected priority; all while keeping things organised and moving forward.
