About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the companys staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Source and attract candidates using various channels (job portals, social media, networking, etc.).

Screen resumes and conduct detailed interviews to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with Client.

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.

Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future openings.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Coordinate with Clients to understand role requirements and team dynamics.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.

Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and tools (Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Preferred :

Experience in hiring for Sales & Marketing, Accountant, CA , CS, BDM, 2D 3 D Designers , Interior Designer/ Architect Industry, Operations, Tech Support , IT Hiring, Manufacturing Industry, Travel, Event companies, Telecom industry would be an advantage.
