The candidate should have a positive, go-getter attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Along with timely recruitment, the role will also involve supporting day-to-day HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end (70% Recruitment & 30% Operations) for Digital Media roles within timelines.
- Support HR operational activities such as onboarding and documentation.
- Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in Digital Media
- Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
- Positive mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
