Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in Digital Media recruitment. The candidate should have a positive, go-getter attitude and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Along with timely recruitment, the role will also involve supporting day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Handle end-to-end (70% Recruitment & 30% Operations) for Digital Media roles within timelines.
  2. Support HR operational activities such as onboarding and documentation.
  3. Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  1. 2-3 years of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in Digital Media
  2. Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  3. Positive mindset with a proactive and ownership-driven approach
