Recruitment Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The person will be responsible for sourcing quality candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, closing candidates, and ensuring successful joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple roles across the organization.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews.
• Understand candidate skills, experience, expectations, and suitability for the role.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and upcoming requirements.
• Follow up consistently with candidates through the selection and joining process.
• Negotiate salary, joining dates, and other relevant terms within approved guidelines.
• Drive offer-to-joining conversion and minimize candidate drop-offs.
• Complete recruitment documentation and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and weekly/monthly MIS reports.
• Work closely with managers to understand manpower requirements and hiring timelines.
• Meet agreed hiring targets and turnaround times (TAT).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong follow-up and candidate relationship-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Target-oriented with strong ownership and execution skills.
• Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.

Someone who is strong at sourcing, interviewing, convincing candidates, and closing positions, rather than someone focused only on HR administration.
