We are looking for an experienced Recruitment & Client Acquisition Specialist who can independently manage both client acquisition and recruitment operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in identifying potential clients, generating recruitment requirements, sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, and successfully closing positions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new clients requiring recruitment services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Understand client requirements, job descriptions, and hiring expectations.
- Source, screen, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from requirement gathering to candidate placement.
- Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates.
- Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate and close recruitment assignments.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for technical and engineering positions.
- Achieve monthly client acquisition and placement targets.
- Maintain accurate records of clients, candidates, vacancies, and recruitment progress.
Required Experience & Skills
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, talent acquisition, or recruitment consulting.
- Proven experience in client acquisition/business development.
- Strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process.
- Experience handling clients independently.
- Good sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to generate recruitment leads through LinkedIn, email, networking, referrals, and other channels.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working independently.
- Experience recruiting for engineering/technical roles will be an advantage.
Preferred Background
Candidates with experience recruiting for roles such as FEA Engineer, Pipe Stress Engineer, Piping Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Design Engineer, CAE Engineer, and other engineering positions will be preferred.
