Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Specialist at Astiro Information Systems. The recruitment specialist will be responsible for hiring, interviewing, communicating, recruiting, and conducting training activities. While the role is primarily located in Pune, there is flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

• Experience - 2 to 3 Years
• Hiring, Interviewing, and Recruiting skills
• Strong communication skills
• Training expertise
• Experience in recruitment processes and strategies
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Familiarity with SAP or IT industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
