We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Technology and Product Hiring Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT technology and product hiring, with a proven track record of closing emerging and niche skills. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work on senior and leadership hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
- IT Technology and Product Hiring:Lead the recruitment process for IT technology and product roles, ensuring the best talent is sourced and hired.
- RPO Assignments:Be open to working on Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) assignments and deputations as needed.
- Client Interaction:Front-end clients, understanding their hiring needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
- Revenue Targets and Deadlines:Work towards achieving revenue targets and meeting deadlines.
- Lateral Hiring:Focus on lateral hiring for full-time roles, with a minimum of 80% of the hiring being lateral.
- Senior and Leadership Hiring:Manage the recruitment process for senior and leadership positions.
- Emerging/Niche Skills:Successfully close positions requiring emerging and niche skills.
Qualifications:
- Experience:2-5 years of experience in IT technology and product hiring.
- RPO Experience:Experience in RPO is a plus.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Client Management:Proven experience in front-ending clients and managing their expectations.
