Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day recruiting tasks, such as sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting interviews, and spearheading training programs for new hires.

Qualifications

• Candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Should have experience in recruiting, hiring, and conducting interviews
• Training skills and experience in conducting new hire orientation programs
• Experience in creating and implementing recruitment strategies
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• Should also have a good understanding of labor laws and regulations in the region.
