Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic Training Executive responsible for delivering impactful training programs, enhancing employee performance, and driving sales productivity through structured learning initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training covering product knowledge, sales skills, customer communication, and internal systems
- Deliver product training on Term Insurance / Investment Plans / Combined offerings
- Facilitate sessions on selling skills, objection handling, retention skills, and soft skills
- Identify training needs across teams and conduct refresher training programs
- Participate in monthly calibrations and new product launches
- Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, materials, and follow-ups
- Evaluate training effectiveness and prepare performance scorecards
- Conduct call audits, provide feedback, and coach employees on performance improvement
- Mentor and support employees to achieve performance targets
- Maintain records of training sessions, feedback, and follow-up actions
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in training (preferably in BFSI/Insurance/Tele-sales environment)
- Strong understanding of sales processes and training methodologies

- Ability to coach, mentor, and develop employees
- Performance monitoring and calibration expertise
- Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi
- Strong analytical and feedback delivery skills
- Ability to handle escalations and cross-functional coordination
