Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Fintech, Corporate & IT roles
Work on mid to senior-level positions, including leadership mandates
Understand client requirements in depth and deliver high-quality profiles
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search
Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordination
Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
Ensure strong follow-ups, closures, and post-offer engagement
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS as required

Candidate Profile
Minimum 1 year of relevant BFSI hiring experience (mandatory)
Experience in mid/senior-level recruitment preferred
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements
Immediate joiner preferred (max within 1 week)
Job Details
Work Timings: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Weekly Off: Sunday
Interview Process: 1 round Face to Face
Salary Budget : Max 50,000 per month
