Recruitment Specialist – International Hiring

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end international recruitment of Teachers and Nurses.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen qualified Teachers and Nurses for overseas opportunities.
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate documentation, credential verification, and compliance requirements.
Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.
Support candidates with interview scheduling, offers, and relocation/onboarding processes.

Requirements

2–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in international hiring.
Experience recruiting Teachers, Nurses, or other skilled professionals is preferred.
Strong sourcing, communication, and candidate-management skills.
Knowledge of international recruitment processes and documentation is an advantage.
