About the Role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to take our hiring efforts to the next level. You'll be responsible for identifying top talent, managing the recruitment process, and delivering exceptional candidate experiences. If you're a passionate person with a knack for matchmaking talent, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to source top candidates.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future roles.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs and job requirements.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and platforms.
