Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires. They will coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, design and implement recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless recruitment and training process for all new employees.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Hiring and Recruiting processes to identify and attract the right Engineering talent
• Proficiency in Interviewing techniques and assessing candidate suitability
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members
• Experience in Training new hires to ensure they are equipped for their roles
• Ability to handle multiple recruitment processes and meet hiring deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Knowledge of recruitment software and human resources management tools is a plus.
