About the role

We're looking for a Recruitment Specialist who takes ownership of hiring outcomes and shows the leadership to move recruitment processes forward. You'll partner with business leaders to hire for technical and non-technical roles in India and internationally.

You will manage the full recruitment cycle: understanding requirements, creating job postings, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting initial interviews, coordinating further rounds, and supporting offers and onboarding. You'll also build talent pipelines, keep candidates informed, and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system.

What we're looking for

• 1–5 years of end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Previous international hiring experience is required.
• Hiring experience in the UK and Europe is preferred.
• Knowledge of visa and work authorization processes is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage candidates and business leaders.
• Leadership, ownership, and the ability to manage multiple open positions.
• Experience interviewing and assessing candidates for technical and non-technical roles.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and onboarding processes.
• A commitment to fair hiring practices and candidate confidentiality.
• Experience recruiting in a technology or consulting environment is an advantage.
