About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead will own and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring timely closure of roles with high-quality talent. The role requires close partnership with business leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Role & responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles and functions
  • Manage and drive performance of the recruitment team
  • Ensure closures within defined TAT and quality benchmarks
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
  • Drive sourcing through multiple channels including referrals and direct search
  • Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and hiring progress
  • Ensure smooth interview coordination and candidate experience
  • Identify hiring bottlenecks and drive process improvements

Preferred candidate profile

  • 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Prior experience managing a recruitment team
  • Exposure to high-volume / business-critical hiring preferred
  • Startup / retail hiring experience is a plus
  • Hands-on comfort with ATS, dashboards, and Excel
