About the Role
The Talent Acquisition Lead will own and drive the end-to-end hiring strategy, ensuring timely closure of roles with high-quality talent. The role requires close partnership with business leaders to understand workforce needs, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Role & responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across assigned roles and functions
- Manage and drive performance of the recruitment team
- Ensure closures within defined TAT and quality benchmarks
- Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and priorities
- Drive sourcing through multiple channels including referrals and direct search
- Monitor pipeline health, conversion metrics, and hiring progress
- Ensure smooth interview coordination and candidate experience
- Identify hiring bottlenecks and drive process improvements
Preferred candidate profile
- 2-6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
- Prior experience managing a recruitment team
- Exposure to high-volume / business-critical hiring preferred
- Startup / retail hiring experience is a plus
- Hands-on comfort with ATS, dashboards, and Excel
