Recruitment Specialist

Experience Minimum 8 years

Five Days a Week from office

Diversity Hiring

Shift Time 12.30 pm to 9.30 pm

Cab Pick Up and drop available

MBA preferred

Core responsibilities

  • Strategy and planning:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and consult with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define qualification criteria.

  • Sourcing :
  • Create and post job openings on job boards, professional websites, and social media.

  • Candidate screening:
  • Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain a database of potential candidates.

  • Interviewing:
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications.

  • Hiring and onboarding:
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates, and assist with the onboarding of new hires.

  • Process management:
  • Manage the end-to-end hiring process, provide follow-up to candidates, and maintain recruitment records.

  • Metrics and reporting:
  • Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, analyze recruitment performance, and report on hiring progress.

  • Candidate experience:
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and use feedback surveys to improve processes
