Core responsibilities
- Strategy and planning:
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies, and consult with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define qualification criteria.
- Sourcing :
- Create and post job openings on job boards, professional websites, and social media.
- Candidate screening:
- Screen resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and maintain a database of potential candidates.
- Interviewing:
- Conduct interviews to assess candidates skills and qualifications.
- Hiring and onboarding:
- Coordinate with hiring managers to present qualified candidates, and assist with the onboarding of new hires.
- Process management:
- Manage the end-to-end hiring process, provide follow-up to candidates, and maintain recruitment records.
- Metrics and reporting:
- Track hiring metrics like time-to-hire, analyze recruitment performance, and report on hiring progress.
- Candidate experience:
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process and use feedback surveys to improve processes
