Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Recruiter with 23 years of hands-on recruitment experience in end-to-end hiring. The candidate should be skilled in job postings across multiple portals, first-level candidate screening, and managing a structured 15-day onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities- Post job openings on multiple portals such as JobIndia, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other relevant hiring platforms
- Create, edit, and optimize clear, role-specific Job Descriptions (JDs)
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates as per requirements
- Conduct first-level / basic interviews (communication, attitude, and basic skill assessment)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain and manage candidate data, trackers, and follow-ups
- Handle candidate onboarding for the first 15 days (documentation, joining formalities, coordination)
- Act as the point of contact between the candidate and the company during the initial onboarding phase
- Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience from hiring to onboarding
Required Skills & Knowledge- 23 years of proven recruitment experience
- Strong knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
- Ability to write and understand Job Descriptions clearly
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to assess candidates in first-round interviews
- Basic understanding of HR processes and hiring cycles
- Organized, proactive, and follow-up driven
Key Deliverables- Timely posting of job openings on relevant portals
- Quality candidate shortlists for each position
- Successful completion of first-level interviews
- Smooth onboarding of selected candidates within 15 days
- Proper documentation and handover to HR / management
