Job Description
The Recruitment Resourcer Associate provides Recruiting and Sourcing support to the Talent Acquisition team with Grant Thornton and enabling the team to hire the brightest and best talent into the firm available in the market.
Core Responsibilities
- To identify the best resources and resource top talent using different sourcing methods for the opened positions across the firm.
- Should have experience in resourcing in U.S. financial requisitions.
- With 2 to 3 years of experience functioning as an HR/Talent Acquisition professional, preferably within IT and consulting or professional services environment
- Work with hiring Recruiter and hiring Managers to maximize the effectiveness of recruiting process by ensuring job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against appropriate criteria.
- Source the potential candidate for assigned requisitions.
- Track and report key metrics designed to measure productiveness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with all levels of management.
- Hands-on experience with Company Mapping Strategies for niche skills
- Data orientation and ability to work on applicant tracking systems

- Prioritization experience, with demonstrated ability to handle multiple requisitions working across different business divisions.
- Collaborative and action-oriented, with the capacity to respond positively and rapidly to unexpected and dramatic change
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor's degree
- 2 to 3 years of experience functioning as an HR/Talent Acquisition professional, preferably within IT and consulting or professional services environment.
- Should previously have managed hiring for U.S geography.
- Proven ability to consistently and positively contribute in a high-paced environment
- A reputation for discretion, integrity, judgment, responsiveness, strong attention to detail, and common sense
- Solid technology skills with proficiency in Office including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Comfort with ambiguity; ability to use sound judgment to drive competing issues to resolution
- Demonstrated flexibility working in a dynamic and rapidly changing organization
- Strong English written, listening, and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of and sensitivity to country norms, global cultures, and practices and the ability to empathize with employees
- A highly motivated self-starter, able to work with minimal supervision.
