We are looking for a
Recruitment PMO with strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment programs and performance governance. The ideal candidate should be able to track hiring KPIs, streamline processes, and manage senior stakeholders effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive and manage large-scale recruitment programs and hiring operations
- Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs and SLAs
- Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, presentations, and insights for leadership
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders; push back and influence when needed
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
- Ensure timely delivery of hiring targets and operational excellence
Required Skills
- 7+ years of experience in Recruitment PMO / Talent Acquisition Operations
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment dashboards
- Strong understanding of hiring metrics, recruitment funnels, and reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability
