Job Description

We are looking for a Recruitment PMO with strong experience in managing end-to-end recruitment programs and performance governance. The ideal candidate should be able to track hiring KPIs, streamline processes, and manage senior stakeholders effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive and manage large-scale recruitment programs and hiring operations
  • Track, analyze, and report key recruitment KPIs and SLAs
  • Prepare weekly/monthly dashboards, presentations, and insights for leadership
  • Coordinate with senior stakeholders; push back and influence when needed
  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvements
  • Ensure timely delivery of hiring targets and operational excellence

Required Skills

  • 7+ years of experience in Recruitment PMO / Talent Acquisition Operations
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Expertise in Excel, PowerPoint, and recruitment dashboards
  • Strong understanding of hiring metrics, recruitment funnels, and reporting
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and drive accountability
