Job Description

Role & Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles across departments.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other professional networks.
Screen resumes to match job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews by coordinating between candidates and hiring managers.
Ensure timely follow-up and feedback post-interview.
Assist with offer letter generation, documentation, and onboarding formalities.
Maintain recruitment MIS and records of candidate interactions.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or Recruitment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment tools and MS Office.
Willingness to learn and grow in the HR domain.
