Job Description:

Vone India Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and manage end-to-end hiring operations for our Third-Party Aggregator, NAPS, NATS, and Service Industry projects. The candidate will be responsible for manpower planning, bulk hiring, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring timely fulfillment of workforce requirements across locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment for NAPS, NATS, contractual, and permanent staffing requirements

Handle bulk hiring for service industry and third-party aggregator projects

Coordinate with clients, operations, and compliance teams to understand manpower needs

Develop and execute recruitment strategies to meet monthly and project-based targets

Source candidates through job portals, vendors, referrals, campus drives, and field hiring

Manage and guide recruitment team members and recruiters

Ensure joining, documentation, onboarding, and compliance as per NAPS/NATS norms

Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards

Build and maintain strong vendor and manpower partner networks

Ensure adherence to company policies, timelines, and quality standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Recruitment Manager / Team Lead in manpower or service industry

Strong knowledge of NAPS, NATS, apprenticeship hiring & third-party staffing models

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Experience in bulk and field recruitment

Ability to work under pressure and meet aggressive hiring targets

Proficient in ATS, job portals, MS Excel & recruitment MIS

Experience:

Minimum 515 years of relevant recruitment experience

Prior experience in manpower consultancy / staffing / aggregator companies preferred
